- Since 1959, Far Enough Farm has been a popular tourist spot and one of the oldest attractions in the city. This fully functioning farm welcomes visitors young and old. Located in the heart of Centreville Amusement Park, just minutes from downtown Toronto, this interactive farm lets guests meet and learn about over 40 species of farm animals and exotic birds. Whether you’re introducing children to friendly animals or simply enjoying a peaceful farm experience, Far Enough Farm is the perfect place to connect with nature and create lasting memories.

Sylvia Dixon
Farm Manager
With over 40 years of experience working with horses and farm animals, Sylvia Dixon is a dedicated leader in the equestrian and farming community. She serves as Vice President of the Canadian Young Event Committee, is a board member of the Canadian Sport Horse Association—where she oversees the Development of the Young Horse program—and also sits on the Ontario Horse Trials Committee.
Sylvia manages the Beasley family farm in Schomberg, Ontario, where she trains horses for show jumping, dressage, and other competitions. At Far Enough Farm, she oversees daily operations, ensuring top-quality care for all animals and maintaining high standards for their enclosures. She also leads the farm’s breeding program, with most animals born at the Schomberg farm before arriving at Far Enough Farm each spring and summer.

Lindsay Dorian
Farm supervisor
Lindsay Dorian has dedicated most of her life to working with animals. She began riding at the age of seven and competed on the Ontario hunter/jumper circuit for over 15 years.
With a background in zoology from the University of Toronto, Lindsay has worked with wildlife rescues both locally and internationally, including in northern Australia. Her experience spans a wide range of species, from farm animals and reptiles to native songbirds, parrots, and even kangaroos!
At Far Enough Farm, Lindsay is responsible for the daily care and feeding of all animals, ensuring their well-being while also creating enrichment activities that provide a stimulating and enjoyable experience for both the animals and visitors.
