Ride Attendant
CANDIDATE MUST BE LEGALLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA AND MUST RESIDE IN ONTARIO IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR POSITION WITH OUR COMPANY
Summary
As a front-line employee, you will have a lot of interactions with guests. Ride Attendants operate and ensure that guests follow safety precautions on all rides. You will have the responsibility for the safety of all guests on your ride and this requires someone who is mature and confident. You do not require any experience for this position, you must be willing to learn and follow direction.
Reports to
Ride Supervisor
Job Duties:
- Collect tickets and/or ensure proper/accurate passes are worn
- Ensure the maximum and minimum number of riders is always adhered to
- Ensure riders meet height requirements
- Explain safety procedures to riders
- Ensure to follow operating procedures
- Ensure to follow opening closing checklist
- Ensure passengers are secured safely in ride
- Report/record any maintenance needed at ride
- Ensure guests are secured safely in ride
- Provide assistance to patrons entering and exiting rides
- Shut down ride in case of emergency
- Clean up debris around the ride
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to follow safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
POSITION SUMMARY
*All New Hires must be available to work weekends and holidays*
This is a Full Time Seasonal Summer position. Candidates must be willing to commit to Full Time work for the entire summer.
